We are currently recruiting for a Senior/Lead Project Administrator to join our Minerals and Metal Business line in the Vancouver office. This role is part of the project services department and involves working closely with project managers and the project team to maintain the project’s foundation to achieve its goals.

 

About the Role

 

  • Ensure project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
  • Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
  • Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
  • Manage and build relationships with multiple teams
  • Assist the Project Manager(s) with administrative functions and processes
  • Manage day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
  • Analyze project data and produce progress reports
  • Develop and process various documents including agendas, reports, meeting minutes and general correspondence from a wide variety of material such as written drafts, meetings or other sources. 
  • Assist with project procedure for travel and lodging
  • Other administrative duties as requested

 

About You

 

  • Preferably a diploma / certificate in business or office management.
  • 6 to 10+ year’s related experience in administrative role, preferably in an engineering consulting firm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong formatting and editing skills
  • Able to provide administrative support to multiple people
  • Track record of taking initiative to resolve a range of administrative problems and inquiries quickly

Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually

Expected Salary: Variation in salary is determined by factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
