Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Material Coordinator to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in São Miguel Paulista-  São Paulo.

About the role:

.Coordinate activities related to receiving, inspecting, storing and distributing materials and equipment

· Ensure accurate physical and system inventory control, preventing losses and discrepancies

· Supervise the warehouse team, promoting training and operational best practices

· Conduct periodic inventories and maintain data accuracy

· Manage the flow of materials in and out according to the project schedule

· Interface with suppliers, engineers, and managers to ensure proper supply

· Maintain organization, cleanliness and safety within the warehouse

· Prepare reports on material movement and logistics performance indicators

About you:

· Minimum technical degree in Logistics or related fields.

· Solid experience in warehouse management, preferably in construction or industrial environments (minimum 10 years)

· Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment

· Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics control tools

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Familiarity with safety standards and material handling regulation

Note on the nature of the contract:
This is a permanent position, initially assigned to a strategic project with an expected duration of approximately two years. While the initial assignment is directly related to this project, there is a possibility of extension or reassignment to other future initiatives, depending on company needs and the professional’s performance.
