Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Piping Designer to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in Belo Horizonte - MG office.

About the role:

• The professional will be responsible for developing engineering projects, focusing on the piping discipline, in compliance with national and international standards, technical specifications, and legislation, ensuring the operationality, quality, and safety of the final product. The professional should have expertise in industrial plants in mining, oil and gas, steelmaking, and chemicals.

About you:

• Experience in developing conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering for industrial piping;
• Experience with projects in mining, oil and gas, chemical, or petrochemical plants;
• Expertise in preparing technical project documentation such as piping plans, isometrics, MTO, material lists, engineering flow diagrams, supports, calculations, and reports;
• Ensure the developed documentation complies with the company’s adopted standards, procedures, and codes;
• Expertise in developing projects using 3D platforms, including AutoCAD Plant 3D and Smartplant;
• Strong knowledge of national and international standards such as: AWS D1.1, ABNT, ASME/ANSI B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME VIII DIV I, II, and III, API 610, API 661, API 650, API 560, NEMA 23, etc.
