Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Logistics Supervisorto join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in São Miguel Paulista- SP.
About the role:
Supervise logistics activities related to equipment and materials at the Jervois site.
Act as the main interface between Warehouse Coordination, Discipline Supervisors (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.) and Contractors.
Monitor and oversee all lifting and load-handling operations.
Review, analyze and approve rigging and lifting plans prepared by Contractors.
Participate in planning and scheduling meetings, prioritizing activities and negotiating with stakeholders.
Ensure effective planning, organization and coordination of logistics and lifting activities in a complex environment with multiple interfaces.
Conduct safety and technical inspections of lifting operations, including audits and compliance checks using standardized checklists.
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and procedures.

This is a permanent position, initially assigned to a strategic project with an expected duration of approximately two years. While the initial assignment is directly related to this project, there is a possibility of extension or reassignment to other future initiatives, depending on company needs and the professional’s performance.
