Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Logistics Supervisorto join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in São Miguel Paulista- SP.

About the role:

  • Supervise logistics activities related to equipment and materials at the Jervois site.

  • Act as the main interface between Warehouse Coordination, Discipline Supervisors (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.) and Contractors.

  • Monitor and oversee all lifting and load-handling operations.

  • Review, analyze and approve rigging and lifting plans prepared by Contractors.

  • Participate in planning and scheduling meetings, prioritizing activities and negotiating with stakeholders.

  • Ensure effective planning, organization and coordination of logistics and lifting activities in a complex environment with multiple interfaces.

  • Conduct safety and technical inspections of lifting operations, including audits and compliance checks using standardized checklists.

  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and procedures.

About you:

  • Rigging Designer Certification – NBR 17089
  • Experience with engineering projects or industrial maintenance
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Note on the nature of the contract:
This is a permanent position, initially assigned to a strategic project with an expected duration of approximately two years. While the initial assignment is directly related to this project, there is a possibility of extension or reassignment to other future initiatives, depending on company needs and the professional’s performance.
