Our team is growing and we are currently recruiting for a Project Engineering Manager to join our team. 

About the role: 

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams (process, mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation). 

• Support the Project Manager in achieving overall project objectives (scope, cost, schedule). 

• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. 

• Act as the primary engineering point of contact for clients. 

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure designs meet HSE requirements. 

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff. 

• Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC integration). 

• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering issues. 

About you: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline). 

• Strong leadership and team management skills 

• Experience working on mining projects 

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation (or equivalent). 

• Solid understanding of project controls (cost, schedule, risk) 

• Familiarity with major engineering standards and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SmartPlant, Primavera P6)

Salary range: $70 – 95/hourly 

Expected Salary: Variation in salary is determined by factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
