Our team is growing and we are currently recruiting for a Project Engineering Manager to join our team.
About the role:
Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams (process, mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation).
Support the Project Manager in achieving overall project objectives (scope, cost, schedule).
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Act as the primary engineering point of contact for clients.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure designs meet HSE requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff.
Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC integration).
Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering issues.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline).
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience working on mining projects
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation (or equivalent).
Solid understanding of project controls (cost, schedule, risk)
Familiarity with major engineering standards and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SmartPlant, Primavera P6)

Salary range: $70 – 95/hourly
