Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Tax Analyst to join our Global Finance  Team in the in Belo Horizonte office.

About the role:

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Ausenco’s Brazilian tax activities while collaborating with regional and global teams.

You will:

  • Support the preparation and coordination of Brazilian tax compliance obligations, including direct and indirect taxes
  • Participate in tax reporting processes, including tax provisions and group reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, payments, and documentation in coordination with internal teams and external advisors
  • Assist with tax audits, tax authority queries, and related documentation
  • Support the implementation of Brazilian tax reform and related process and system changes
  • Deliver tax analysis and insights to support business activities, contracts, and transactions
  • Facilitate collaboration between Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Operations teams on tax-related matters
  • Maintain strong tax governance practices, documentation, and process improvements
  • Participate in selected regional and global tax projects and initiatives

About you:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is eager to develop within a global environment.

You will bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in tax compliance, reporting, or advisory
  • Solid knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations (direct and indirect taxes)
  • Experience working with tax filings, audits, or reporting processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient English level (essential for communication with global teams)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, or a related field
