Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Project Control, Manager to join our Minerals & Metals  Business line in São Miguel Paulista/SP.

About the role:

  • Manage Project Planning and Control activities within an EPCM contract, ensuring governance and compliance with client standards.
  • Coordinate budget and CAPEX control processes, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Oversee integrated planning, including schedules, milestones, and interfaces between disciplines.
  • Ensure measurement of physical progress for progress control, maintaining consistency between physical and financial advancement.
  • Monitor and report trend analyses, risks, and deviations, proposing corrective actions.
  • Lead change management, ensuring traceability and control of cost and schedule impacts.
  • Consolidate information for executive reports and dashboards, providing visibility to stakeholders.
  • Ensure application of best practices in Project Controls and compliance with contractual standards.

About you:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Controls
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in project management and control for industrial or chemical projects, especially Nickel, and preferably within EPCM contracts.
  • Hands-on experience with revamp/overhaul projects for industrial plants (mining, metallurgy, chemical, or similar).
  • Knowledge of project CAPEX management (budgeting), earned value analysis (EVM), and change management processes.
  • Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
  • PMP certification or similar will be considered an asset.
