Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer (Reporting) to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in São Paulo.
About the role:
We are seeking an Engineer to work on EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) projects, with primary responsibility in the Reporting area. This professional will be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting critical physical and financial performance information of the projects, ensuring visibility for the management team and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare periodic physical and financial progress reports for projects (dashboards, KPIs, S-curves, etc.).
Consolidate information from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning areas.
Ensure the integrity and consistency of reported data, aligned with internal standards and client requirements.
Support variance and trend analysis, proposing corrective actions in coordination with the teams.
Participate in status report meetings and provide technical support for decision-making.
Integrate information into corporate systems.
Ensure compliance with EPCM project governance standards and procedures
About you (EVALUATE THE REQUIREMENTS AND WORDING TO SECURE FLEXIBILITY, keep it brief and to the minimum requirements)
Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
Proven experience in EPCM projects, preferably in industrial, mining, or energy sectors.
Advanced knowledge of planning and reporting tools (Primavera P6, Power BI, advanced Excel).
Familiarity with cost management processes, CAPEX, and physical progress control.
Intermediate/advanced English (desirable).
PMP certification or similar will be considered a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
Note on the nature of the contract:
This is a permanent position, initially assigned to a strategic project with an expected duration of approximately two years. While the initial assignment is directly related to this project, there is a possibility of extension or reassignment to other future initiatives, depending on company needs and the professional’s performance.
