Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Civil Supervisor to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in São Paulo.

About the role:

. Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities with all subcontractors

· Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings and safety standards

· Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports

· Manage subcontractors and labor force on-site

· Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

· Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the construction team

· Collaborate with engineers, project managers and customers

· Ensure proper use of materials, tools and equipment

About you:

. Solid experience in supervising civil construction projects in industrial areas (minimum 10 years)

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

· Excellent leadership and communication skills

· Minimum technical degree in Civil Construction or Building Construction

Note on the nature of the contract:
This is a permanent position, initially assigned to a strategic project with an expected duration of approximately two years. While the initial assignment is directly related to this project, there is a possibility of extension or reassignment to other future initiatives, depending on company needs and the professional’s performance.
